A list of materials is now offered with most plans. Simply choose that
option for the plan you are ordering and the list will ship with the plan package.
Material lists are offered to provide a valuable tool to help you obtain "rough
estimate" costs for materials as well as being a great advantage in determining the
budget for your project.
Some of the features reflected on the material list are:
Framing
Paint
Roofing
Finish materials
Electrical items
Brick / Siding counts
....Plus much, much more!
*Note: Material lists are NOT included with pdf orders. They
must be added separately here.
*Codes, practices and material types vary by location. Some
substitutions and additions may be necessary to meet specific codes and requirements.
These adjustments would be the sole responsibility of the builder.
